Having practiced earnestly since 2009,
holding 200- and 500-hour Teacher Training Certifications,
my intention is to empower students to translate their yoga practice into daily life.
By moving with intention, alignment, and awareness,
treating every moment as a meditation,
we experience healing on all levels:
physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Yoga has changed my life for the better in countless ways,
and it is my passion to share it with others.
Tailored to the unique needs and goals of each student, I offer personalized, guided yoga practice sessions for healing, strengthening, and the development of inner stability in one's practice and their life.

I have been offering the beautiful, healing, heart-centered practice of Hridaya Hatha Yoga since 2016. It is a clear, direct yet beautifully soft and insightful method of contacting the deeper essence of our being. Most importantly, it is a bridge between practice and daily life—every moment becomes a meditation, and our life is infused with awareness, living with an open heart.
Emphasizing a continuity of awareness and presence, each asana is practiced with an attitude of reverence and meditation. Throughout the practice we explore the energetic, psychological, and emotional aspects of the chakra(s) that are activated in each pose.
