As a spiritual being having a human experience, the Avatar materials are the most powerful tools I've encountered for understanding and managing consciousness. They have changed my life in many ways--perhaps most importantly the Avatar Course catalyzed a shift from the tendency to hide towards a passionate engagement with the world. Not only do I feel equipped to handle life's challenges, I can do so with presence, creativity, and appreciation. It's a path of radical honesty and personal responsibility, and the freedom is so worth it!
